Retrieval of a stuck pile follower. Localization by ROV, connection of ILT and retrieval by buoyancy (ballasting) via A-Frame of the "UNION MANTA".

Structural Design & Analysis / Finite Element Analysis of a Gangway Docking Structure.

The docking structure is desined to be removable to avoid overhanging structures at the vessel's side during port calls or certain passages. Structural design acc. to the required technical standards and FEM assessment according to the calculated loads (incl. vessel's shell panel) for SLS and ALS. Bolted connection with MDESIGN BOLT acc. to VDI2230. Welding requirements acc. to EC3. Preparation of the complete design drawing package for fabrication. Calculation report for certification puposes.

Structural integrity assessment (FEM analysis) of the lifting padeyes of a marine diesel genset of 37t to be lifted from the deck of a jack up vessel onto a fixed offshore structure. Preparation of a fully auditable assessment report for MWS review and approval.
